Mo'Relia sits within the 'irradiated zone.' Legends say, a meteor punched a hole between the human and faerie worlds many years ago. The area was flooded with fae magic, with which the human world was no longer compatible. Humans and their world had long since lost ability to utilize magic in its rawest form. As a result, humanity no longer had use for the term 'magic', so they gave it a new name, 'radiation': a poisonous toxin that could kill or mutate anything exposed to it for too long. Only those possessing some aptitude for the forgotten ways of magic can enter Mo'Relia's boarders safely. But be warned, you may not come out the same as when you went in.
